Goodspace Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@goodspacegum.com with your order number and reason for your return request. 

We will make sure to respond as fast as possible to solve the issue for you. 

We have a 7 day return policy, this means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not always accept returns. We’ll be happy to discuss your order with you and help resolve any issues that you might have as quickly as possible. 

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at hello@goodspacegum.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
